Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls black peas soaked overnight,


  • 4 nos onions(washed and chopped)


  • 1 nos handful of coriander leave's cleaned washed n chopped


  • 2-3 nos few green stem of spring onions


  • 6 tsp besan or as per required


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 3 nos green chillies,washed and chopped


  • 1/2 bowls rawa / semolina


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Boil channa n keep to cool n dry, mix all ingredients except oil, rawa n besan n grind
  • In mixer, remove in mixing bowl n add besan fr binding n mix well give a desired shape, spread rawa in plate and roll in it.
  • Deep fry them till golden brown color n sever hot with hung curd or as u desire
